All bookings at Boleyhill Farm Cottages are subject to and accepted on the following terms and conditions: All bookings require a deposit of £100.00 at the time of confirmation. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance of payment is required in full 14 days prior to arrival or by arrangement Cottages should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. Any damage to fixtures and fittings must be paid for. Bookings that span two seasons will be charged at a pro-rata rate. Boleyhill Farm Cottages reserve the right to decline any booking. Arrival please discuss with Judy prior to arrival. Party size : under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons as stated in the on line brochure occupy a cottage except by prior written agreement. Please Note entry to cottages is from 4:00pm on day of arrival. Earlier arrival may only be arranged, if possible, beforehand.
